Identify and understand the six areas of your physiology and why they are essential for sustainable energy and productivity.
Explore practical strategies to nurture 3–4 areas daily before starting the workday.
Discover how to align your activities with your power positions (strengths), passions, and purpose to achieve peace, fulfillment, and joy.
Create a personalized action plan to integrate these practices into your daily routine.

How long is a multi-day workshop?
